Lancaster Ice Rink (Home of the Firebirds) offers several time slots for public skate on their impressive ice skating rink.

A pop-up rink by Park City Mall
Flight on Ice is planning true winter wonderland vibes by setting up a pop-up rink outside Park City Center this season. The rink will be located outside the former Bon Ton. It opens for the season Nov. 25 and runs through Feb. 26.
Hours are: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4 pm to 8 pm, Fridays from 4 pm to 10 pm, Saturdays from 11 am to 10 pm, and lastly, Sundays from 11 am to 8 pm.
Season passes are $114 per person, and family 4-packs of one-time admission are $70. A skating session for one is $12. More deals and tickets can be found here.

York Ice Arena
York Ice Arena is a 1,000-seat rink in York, PA. Renovated in September 2004, it hosts local public skating, ice hockey, and figure skating.
The arena regularly hosts public skating sessions, and advises visitors to check their monthly calendar for the most up-to-date dates and times prior to visiting.
Admission ranges from $5 to $10. Skate rental ranges from $3 to $5.
