There's always something going on in Lancaster, PA. This weekend, several family-friendly events are happening throughout the county, everything from an outdoor community event with firefighters to a pet fest at the Clipper Stadium.

Outdoor Community Event at Tanger

Tanger Outlets are hosting their very first outdoor community day event in Lancaster, PA this weekend.

Activities include a meet and greet with the Lafayette fire department and first responders, Irish Dancers, local crafters, a magic show, several free kids activities, live music, a bounce house, play area, and more. So if your little ones are dreaming of meeting real firefighters, this is the place to be. Local food trucks will be on-site offering their sweet and savory selections.

A German Sommerfest

Lancaster Liederkranz is hosting a German Sommerfest this weekend. This will be an Oktoberfest-Style celebration of food, drink, and lots of music. The event is rain or shine, and open to the public.

The Lancaster Liederkranz is a German singing society and cultural organization, established in 1880 to promote and perpetuate German singing, dancing, music, language, foreign exchange, and culture for its members and their guests.

Pet Fest at the Barnstormers

Have you ever taken the family to a local baseball game?

This weekend, you can bring your dog to the ballpark as well! The Pet Fest at the Barnstormers features entertainment and fun for both you and your furry friend. The Lancaster Barnstormers are playing the Lexington Legends.
