Birrieria Gonzalez - Tacos Everyday Not just Tuesday!

This truck cooks up some of my favorite tacos in town. The area was popping on with music, street vendors, and of course, delicious food from a line of food trucks. Many people were getting tacos, so I jumped on the bandwagon and got some too. Service was fast. They wrapped the tacos up well, and the tacos weren't soggy when I brought them back. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and they added enough radish, onions, cilantro, and lime, so the tacos didn't seem greasy. Not to mention, the consome has SO MUCH MEAT!! It's sort off ridiculous what a deal it is when you realize how much is in there. Their hot sauce has a great kick to it as well. I love how this plaza has plenty of ample parking. Makes it all the things I look for in a taco spot. My new addiction for some time!
