And Do Good: With an Executive Chef who spent a large amount of time in her culinary career in New Orleans, Bedford Village Inn decided to donate all proceeds from a special dinner to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Ida. When curating the menu for the New Orleans dinner, Chef Tina drew inspiration from this special city that is very close to her heart and where her culinary career established its roots. Bedford Village Inn donated to local New Orleans restauranteurs to help them as much as they could as they rebuilt and recovered.
