Are you spending far too long scrolling through Netflix? Me too. Most of us will have gone through Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and Disney+ multiple times, and it's time to stop. With a list of websites, tools, and apps to help, you can spend less time choosing and more time watching.

TasteDive

Not entirely sure what you want to watch? Then this is the website for you.

Simply type in a film or tv show you like in the search bar, and TasteDive will present you with recommendations based on that.

You can find it here.

Note: it also works for various other forms of media, such as books, games, and podcasts.

What the hell should I watch on Netflix?

Want someone else to do the choosing for you? Well, look no further.

You can either choose a genre of film or tv, and it will recommend a movie in that genre. Or, press 'random' and, you've guessed it, it will randomly select something for you to watch.

You can find the link for it here.

Spotflik

Spotflik asks you to put three of your favorite films into its system and makes recommendations based on that.

You can also refine your search to which streaming service you have, so you don't need to waste your time searching for a film that isn't there.

The link is here. Spotflik is also available on Android.

Taste

Taste recommends films & shows 'from the collective souls of people who are extremely similar to you' for a more human touch.

The website also claims it is 'gender-neutral' and offers no 'commercial bias'.

You can find it here. Taste is also available on iOS and Android.

Now, put your feet up and get watching.
