A Republican Governor has been discovered to have carried on a clandestine, years long affair with Trump top aide Corey Lewandowski.
South Dakota’s Kristi Noem, an out-spoken supporter of ‘Family Values’ was revealed to have been having an ongoing affair with the also married DC insider for several years, even though she has been married for 30 years.
Citing her ‘Christian Values’, Governor Noem has been at the forefront of anti-LGBTQ legislation and attacks, including on transgender children and same-sex marriage. Noem even went as far as to say that she “believes marriage is a special bond between a man and a woman.”
Her hypocrisy knows no bounds apparently as while running for governor during 2018 Noem told South Dakota Public Broadcasting, “My relationship with the Lord is my foundation in all things. As a result, the values I hold according to biblical principles impact my decisions: we are called to love, but we’re also instructed to stand for truth. I’m hopeful my leadership reflects that.”
She supported a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage, and in 2021 she signed into law legislation allowing South Dakotans to use their religious beliefs to discriminate against LGBTQ people.
Rumors of the affair originally surfaced last year, but Noem adamantly denied them, apparently adding being a liar to her list of accomplishments also.
