A students ham and cheese sandwich a little twisted for effect!

As a kid, I would always ask for the same sandwich for weeks to months at a time. Ham and cheese or bologna and cheese were the most popular. Then tuna fish and peanut butter and jelly were next. My Mom and Grandmother would get sick of me having the same sandwich so they would surprise me with new recipes they concocted. This one is one of the better ones. Ham with melted parmesan cheese melted in butter and mustard and then placed on toasted bread with a limitless sweet relish spread over one slice with lettuce and tomatoes on top. A great addition to your kids' lunch or even yours. Buon Appetito!
