Tuna sandwich with local Fresno farmer’s market organic veggies to make a tomato relish.
The relish is vine-ripened tomatoes with organic celery and cucumber from the Fresno farmer’s market in River Park. I added some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil. You could add onions or fresh garlic if you like, or to spice it up, add some jalapenos or Fresno chilis. It’s up to you. Buon Appetito!
