Watch as I come up with a leftover idea for yesterday’s tuna salad.

It didn’t take me long to prepare this enjoyable lunch. The tuna was already made except for the breadcrumbs that I added to my serving. I sliced about 6 cucumber slices for more freshness and crunch. I added a little oil, salt, and ground pepper to the lettuce before adding the tuna. A little cheese didn’t keep it 100% percent, but a little cheat here and there isn’t bad. Try it I’m sure you’ll enjoy. Buon Appetito!
