Watch as I flip the script on a pastrami sandwich with Italian ham, and a special sauce

I'm not a huge fan of Ruben's. I think it's the sauerkraut that gets me all the time. I get heartburn galore. So I stay away from them, but I love a good pastrami sandwich with Russian dressing. I enjoy a great Russin dressing. So I thought I would try a new recipe. I took some thinly sliced pastrami and added some Capicola Italian ham. I then made a version of Russin dressing that I invented today with no mayo or ketchup. It ended up tasting pretty good. This sandwich is something you should make soon! Let us know if you enjoy it as much as we did. Buon Appetito!
