Watch as I flip the script on a pastrami sandwich with Italian ham, and a special sauce

I'm not a huge fan of Ruben's. I think it's the sauerkraut that gets me all the time. I get heartburn galore. So I stay away from them, but I love a good pastrami sandwich with Russian dressing. I enjoy a great Russin dressing. So I thought I would try a new recipe. I took some thinly sliced pastrami and added some Capicola Italian ham. I then made a version of Russin dressing that I invented today with no mayo or ketchup. It ended up tasting pretty good. This sandwich is something you should make soon!
