Watch as I start the process for making and baking my garlic parmesan rolls. #Thanksgiving

I started with having two videos but decided to combine them since they were both short. For the dough, you start with a tablespoon of yeast in 105-110 degree water. Add that to about 3 to 3 3/f cups of all-purpose flour. I added olive oil instead of egg, but if you want a richer dough add one egg. If not you can add olive oil and just add a little more than usual and it will be just as rich. Then add 2-3 pinches of salt as I did and mix. I used a stand mixer, but you can also use a wooden spoon or your hands. Once mixed place it in an oiled bowl and let it rise until twice its the size in a warm location. The next video will go over the after rising and rolling out of the dough and adding the garlic butter mix from the other day.
