Watch as I mix the roasted garlic with other spices and herbs to make the butter. #Thanksgiving

It took longer for the garlic to roast due to having more than four or five bulbs because I roasted about 12. After roasting, it was about getting the cloves of garlic out and into a bowl to chop and mix. Then I added the melted butter along with basil and parsley. Then it goes into the fridge until Wednesday, when I'll make the rolls and publish that video. That's when we add the parmesan cheese inside and outside on the top before going in the oven.
