Watch as I cook a chicken breast sliced into 4 cutlets, breaded and fried with Italian spices

I decided at the last minute to take a chicken breast out of the freezer for lunch today. With only one very thick breast I figured if I sliced it right I could get at least three if not four cutlets. I ended up with four, perfect for lunch with the grandkids. I salted and peppered the cutlets. I then added salt, pepper, basil, and Italian seasoning to the flour mix. For the bread crumbs, I used Italian bread crumbs but added basil, Italian seasoning, and pecorino romano cheese to that mix. The rest is easy and tasty. Enjoy! Buon Appetito!
