Everyone makes a salad at least once a week. We chop up tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, celery, and other veggies as well as herbs. What we don't normally do is consider that when we bite into a forkful of salad we don't get a little of everything since we tend to chop things on the big side. What if we decided to chop the veggies and herbs on the small side? Watch this video for a few ideas on making your salad a little bit more tasteful.
