When making a BLT, it's all about the bacon

Not all BLTs are created equal. Think about how many times you've ordered a BLT, and it wasn't up to your standards? It happens. Restaurants are not always at fault. It could be the chef was having a bad day or another line cook who didn't want to make a BLT. The thing is, quality ingredients are what's needed to make a great BLT. I talk about great ingredients that make a great BLT in today's video. I also wrote a post about it the other day at this link. In part 2, we continue talking more about the lettuce and tomatoes used and the types of bacon that one can use to make a great BLT. bit.ly/mjcNB63
