When making a bacon, lettuce, & tomato sandwich, it's about the bacon

Not all BLTs are created equal. Think about how many times you've ordered a BLT, and it wasn't up to your standards? It happens. Restaurants are not always at fault. It could be the chef was having a bad day or another line cook who didn't want to make a BLT. The thing is, quality ingredients are what's needed to make a great BLT.
