Watch as I make my almost famous Fresno salad dressing

I started making this dressing due to Patti not being a fan of mayonnaise or vinegar-based salad dressings. She always would either squeeze lemon or orange on her salads at home and when we went out we would ask for the same. I started thinking of a way to help make her salads better tasting and I came up with this recipe. The amount of spice used is totally up to you as always. I don't measure. I don't usually make this salad dressing in a bowl beforehand. I just pour the ingredients over the salad after being chopped up and go for it. I taste as I mix everything in so I know I'm on the right track. It's an easy, healthy, and extremely tasty way to enjoy a fresh garden salad. Buon Apetito!
