This video is in response to some questions asked of me about measuring. I don't measure. I never have. I was taught at a young how to use sight, smell, and taste to make a recipe taste great. My grandmother and Mom always said that a recipe is based on that chef's taste, not someone else's. MAde sense to me later in life. While these recipes work for me you will want to adjust as you taste yours, smell yours, and see yours. Buon Apetito.
