Watch how to make a healthy meal to help with the heat
A tomato and cucumber salad has been in my life since I was a kid growing up in Catania, Sicily. My grandmother would make this for me and my cousins throughout the summer. She would have us pick fresh veggies and then she would do her magic. We thought it was the greatest salad in the world. What was neat was that you could add anything to it. Pasta, meat, seafood, chicken, or anything else you could come up with, and it all tasted great.
