How to Vote in the First Legal Marijuana NOW Party Primary in Nebraska

The Legal Marijuana NOW Party is new to the Nebraska ballot this year. All interested voters should take part in this historic first vote for LMN on or before the May 10 Primary!

Not registered or need to change your affiliation to the LMN Party?

You have two ways to vote in the Legal Marijuana NOW Primary:

• Register to vote with the LMN Party to automatically receive the LMN Primary Ballot (the preferred method).
• Register to vote as a Non-Partisan and request the LMN Primary Ballot when early voting and at The Polls.

The easiest way to register to vote is online at https://www.nebraska.gov/apps-sos-voter-registration/

To use the online Secretary of State's Voter Registration form, you must also have a current Nebraska ID. Select "Legal Marijuana NOW" when prompted to choose a party.

The deadline to register or update to Legal Marijuana NOW via the online form is April 22 by Midnight.

The other way to register to vote in Nebraska is to register with a paper form.

Vote in the Nebraska Primary on or before May 10th

All paper forms to change your registration status must be postmarked by April 22, if sent by mail. Pick up a printed form at your local library and/or DMV to complete at home.

You can also download and print the form from the Secretary of State's website at https://sos.nebraska.gov/elections/voter-forms.

It is recommended, however, that you fill out the paper form at your local county election office to prevent it being lost in the mail or missing the deadline. Registering directly with the county election office gives registering voters an extended deadline of May 2.
