Along with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, CO-OP recently launched brunch service available Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 2 pm, celebrating the diverse cultures and regional ingredients of the Mid-Atlantic Region. Brunch menu highlights include a Make Your Own Mimosa Flight featuring rotating freshly squeezed juices, a Dutch Baby, Cheese Board, Smoked Whitefish Dip, Dry Aged Burger with scrapple mayo, and savory Morning Buns.
