Centrally located to Penn Medicine, CHOP, and other medical campuses, CO-OP will now offer guests with a medical ID $5 mimosas and Bloody Marys, plus ten percent off all food weekday mornings at the corner restaurant located at 33rd and Chestnut street. CO-OP’s weekday breakfast includes a wide range of sharable light bites such as the Pastry Basket, boasting various house-made pastries and House Made Buttermilk Biscuits with honey butter and jam, while notable entrees include the Smoked Salmon Platter with lettuce, tomato, olives, capers, cream cheese, and bagel; the Lancaster Omelet with local mushrooms and market cheese; and the Breakfast Sandwich with an English muffin stuffed with scrambled eggs, local bacon, and cheddar cheese.

Along with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, CO-OP recently launched brunch service available Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 2 pm, celebrating the diverse cultures and regional ingredients of the Mid-Atlantic Region. Brunch menu highlights include a Make Your Own Mimosa Flight featuring rotating freshly squeezed juices, a Dutch Baby, Cheese Board, Smoked Whitefish Dip, Dry Aged Burger with scrapple mayo, and savory Morning Buns.
