Sabrina’s Café, the locally grown group of popular breakfast, lunch, and brunch restaurants, is partnering up with esteemed charity Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for a sweet lemony treat in the form of a lemonade stand in celebration of National Lemonade Day on Friday, August 20, and will continue the festivities on Saturday, August 21 at the Collingswood, NJ location.
This charitable bash will run from 8 am – 4 pm on Friday, August 20, also known as National Lemonade Day! Folks are invited to stop by and sip on freshly squeezed lemonade, served on the newly renovated outdoor patio. Guests are welcome to pay as they see fit, and all proceeds garnered will benefit Alex’s Lemonade, a reputable American pediatric cancer charity founded by Alexandra “Alex” Scott after her diagnosis with neuroblastoma. Today, Alex’s Lemonade is recognized worldwide by partnerships with Rita’s Water Ice, Auntie Annie’s, The Children’s Hospital, and much more.
“Alex’s Lemonade is a charity near and dear to our hearts at Sabrina’s Café,” said Raquel De Abreu, Co-Owner of Sabrina’s Café. “So, we’re really looking forward to supporting this important organization while also helping the people of Collingswood keep cool while out and about, checking out the Saturday Farmer’s Market."
To keep the celebration rolling, Sabrina’s Café will host the all-day affair on Saturday, August 21 – ideal for visitors of the Collingswood Farmer’s Market to browse, mingle, and sip on this classic summer treat.
In addition to enjoying the seasonal refreshment, guests are welcomed to enjoy a sit-down meal for brunch and devour some of the summer-inspired offerings including Summer Lovin Grilled Pesto Chicken Arugula Bowl and Jersey Peach French Toast. Other offerings include signature dishes such as the Huevos Rancheros and the Avocado Toast. Sabrina’s Café is BYOB – guests are welcome to bring along their favorite boozy beverage to pair with any of Sabrina’s menu offerings.
