Done with your outdated bathroom? Need to replace some light fixtures? Make your house earthquake-proof? Want to give your home a facelift to put it up for sale to take advantage of the red-hot seller’s market? Or just figure out how to make your spaces more useable because you’re staying put?

The Northwest Remodeling Expo is being held this weekend at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, and you can find answers to all those problems, and much more.

You don’t have to be contemplating knocking down walls or doing major renovations to take advantage of the offerings at the show. Vendors and seminars run the gamut from big projects, to pest control and how to organize a kitchen efficiently. Learn about building permits and how to modernize your décor with paint.

You’ll also have access to free consultations with designers, who will be on hand all three days of the show. The designers all have their own firms and belong to the Northwest Society of Interior Designers. You can reserve a 30-minute time slot with a designer by clicking on this link.

The show runs from Friday, January 28th to Sunday, January 30th.

Admission times:

Friday 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Sunday 11 am to 5 pm

The cost of admission is $5.00, but note that the fee is cash only. Kids under 18 get in free. Click on this link to be taken to a page where you can enter your email to get a discounted ticket.
