Not Harris' first visit to Richmond
Harris' upcoming visit is coming one week after President Joe Biden announced he is running for a second term as President of the United States. Even though Harris has been criticized she, too, is hoping for a second term as Vice President of the United States.
Vice President Harris visited the Richmond, Virginia last summer, holding a round-table in Henrico following the Supreme Court's decision overturning the national right to abortion care.
