If you are a fan of Pimento Cheese you know about Suga’s Pimento Cheese. Fans would pick up their supply of plain for flavored pimento cheese variety. Chef Stacey "Suga" West opened a brick and mortar restaurant baed around her gourmet pimento cheese.

Suga’s Cheese Shoppe & Café is the first restaurant in the South and quite possibly in the nation to centerpiece pimento cheese. Suga's is truly a family business, with Stacey's husband, Robert and son Quinton at her side. And an Atlanta business through and through. Chef Stacey graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta and worked with some of the top chefs in the Atlanta Metro area, including Chef Hilary of The Hill at Serenbe.

What kind of pimento cheese varieties does Suga have? Black Truffle, Roasted Poblano with Monterey Jack, Jalapeno, Pesto & Feta, Original, Bacon Asiago with Jalapeno to name a few. There's even a vegan option.

Brunch features live music and perennial favorites like waffles, pancakes and omelettes. A smoked salmon omelette is quite tasty as are the Bling Bling pancakes (replete with sparkles on top). Surprisingly, there aren't many options that include pimento cheese on the menu. Of course there's a small area where you buy jars of pickles, jams, chips, popcorn, charcuterie boards, aprons and of course pimento cheese to go.

· The Vegan Zesty Burger - original vegantastic pimento cheese, alfalfa sprouts, black bean hummus tomato jam, caramelized onion, avocado slices and special zesty sauce featuring vegantastic pimento cheese
