Checkers and Rally’s, the popular double drive-thru burger and fries brand, announced its new restaurant opening in San Bernardino located at 170 E. 40 Street. The location will be owned and operated by Wahid Karas, a restaurant industry veteran who has over 30 years of experience in the food industry.
Wahid Karas owns various franchises like Popeyes, Broken Yolk Cafe, and others. His latest endeavor is Checkers and Rally’s and currently owns eight locations, with half located in California and the other half in Las Vegas. The new Checkers & Rally’s at San Bernardino will be Wahid’s ninth location. This opening highlights the continued growth of the brand, with an updated prototype look and a simplified operating model to better service the community.
