Trending Cheeseburger slider concept, Smalls Sliders has accomplished a significant milestone as development territories across Louisiana are officially sold out thanks to its latest multi-unit agreement with development group, Jay Tee Holdings LLC. The brand’s latest deal will bring five total Cans across Louisiana and Texas.
The brand which gained popularity across Louisiana is now rapidly expanding across the Southeast, with over 100 Cans in development. This latest deal will target cities such as Lake Charles and Sulphur, LA, in addition to the Texas Golden Triangle and Beaumont, TX.
Jay Tee Holdings LLC comprised longtime friends, Todd Touchet, Rob Carter, and Jonathan “JP” Perry. The trio was drawn to the brand for its proven business model, craveable cheeseburger sliders in addition to industry leaders, founder Brandon Landry and CEO Maria Rivera. The trio is eager to utilize the skills taken from their diverse careers and fuse them into their operations with Smalls Sliders.
“Rob, JP, and I were immediately attracted to the business opportunity that Smalls Sliders presented. We wanted to be a part of something new, exciting, and different. And how can you not be excited to work with leaders like Brandon and Maria and the amazing team they have put together,” said Touchet.
The duo of Touchet, Carter, and Perry bring a variety of professional experiences into their operations with Smalls Sliders including dental practice management, public accountancy, legal, and elected service.
The group is excited to join Smalls Sliders as the concept continues to grow throughout the Southeast. They aim to have the first location open in late spring of 2024, with the remaining four Cans planned to open in the following year.
Smalls Sliders offers a unique experience and a premium product for guests with its limited menu. The brand was the brainchild of Founder Brandon Landry, with former pro football NFL quarterback Drew Brees joining him as an initial investor, and is backed by industry veterans at 10 Point Capital.
Smalls Sliders opened its first restaurant in 2019 and has since grown to nine Cans throughout Louisiana, with over 100 locations already in the development pipeline. The QSR restaurant focuses exclusively on crave-able premium cheeseburger sliders, with every meal cooked to order.
The brand delivers both drive-thru and popular walk-up experiences, serviced from a unique modular construction design, allowing real estate flexibility and rapid construction of new restaurants.
