Revs Institute is an institution dedicated to preserving, restoring, and showcasing historically significant automobiles. This place offers visitors an exceptional opportunity to view over 100 of the most influential automobiles of our time. Many of the cars are unique or exceptionally rare, and each meets rigid standards of historical, technical, aesthetic, or social significance. This amazing place could turn out to be the best automobile museum you’ve visited.

Revs Institute is more than a car museum, it’s a place where the history, and knowledge about some of the most amazing automobiles of our time are preserved and shared with people. It’s an invitation to a working educational institution dedicated to the study, preservation, conservation, and restoration of historically significant automobiles.

Whether you’re into cars or not, the artistic experience alone is worth it. You’ll be impressed by the sight of the autos and by the collaborative nature of Revs Institute and its staff. The extraordinary collection of automobiles, several of which are well-known leaves visitors marveled and overly delighted.

The institute also offers Automotive Engine classes. Some of the classes are the Automotive Engine 101 and Automotive Engine 102. The Automotive Engines 101 is a hands-on experience beginner automotive class designed for car users and enthusiasts. During this class, you'll learn how an engine works, learn about simple hand tools, basic engine care, and explore the magic behind a car’s operation.

The Automotive Engine 102 class focuses on troubleshooting the answer to a car enthusiast’s biggest questions. During this period, you’ll perform diagnostic testing on all the major engine systems including the starting, charging, ignition, fuel systems, and more. Once you have determined the cause of the problem, you will perform the repair and run the engine.

Registration for these classes is capped at 8 participants per session. Sessions are 4 classes, 2 hours per class, totaling 8 hours of guided instruction. Revs provides each person with sample parts and tools. The class goes through the different systems individually and then on the last day integrates all the systems to make the engine run smoothly. The tutors are very knowledgeable, and friendly. The well-designed curriculum included written handouts, videos, and actual engine components.

Revs Institute is dedicated to the study of the automobile's past, present, and future. It’s an interesting tour through early Porsche race cars, then off to early vintage cars, and a dalliance through British, Americana, and other significant manufacturers and race cars. It’s an exceptional opportunity to explore the rich historical materials and images that define the automobile’s role in society and motorsport. Here you’ll find several vehicles you will see nowhere else.

The guided tour of two and a half hours is never enough to enjoy the ecstatics of the place. The cars are in perfect condition and the fact that you can get close to them is something beautiful and unusual. The chronological layout in some areas allows you to see the evolution of suspensions, brakes, cockpits, etc.

If you’re interested in the history of automotive technology development this is the place for you. You can take any of the classes if you want to understand about the function of automotive engines.

If you are in South Florida and you love cars, this incredible museum is a must-visit. The Institute is open each week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Tickets must be purchased in advance online for specific dates and times.
