(Maricopa, AZ) Arizona is gearing up for Fourth of July events. If you’re looking for one in Pinal County, this Maricopa City party should meet your holiday needs.

The Great American Fourth is hosted at the Copper Sky Regional Park from 7 to 10 p.m. A tailgate party happens at noon if you want to get an early start at noon — registration is required.

Tailgate and VIP pool parties — noon

Main celebration - 7 to 10 p.m.

Western Fusion live country music — 7:30 to 8:40 p.m.

Great American fireworks display — 9 p.m.

Admission to the main celebration is free. Some of the special events require a fee.

The tailgate welcomes all ages, but you must be 21+ to sign up for this event. Once you sign up, you can get up to six wristbands and an all-day parking space. To carry alcohol, you must sign up for a liquor permit.

To register for the VIP pool party, you need to pay an admission fee — $10 and $5 for Copper Sky Annual members; children three years and younger are free.”

Event parking is limited. An in-advance pass is available for $7. Parking is $10 the day of the event.

A complimentary shuttle is available. It runs from 6:30-10:30 P.M. It picks up and stops at Maricopa Wells Middle School, Maricopa High School, and Maricopa Elementary School.
