Globe Arizona is home to one of the most interesting cold cases in Arizona History . Kingsley Old was being held in the historic jail on murder charges of two young girls . While he was in his cell he was assassinated in his jail cell . He was shot across the alley in the court house . It has never been solved July 3 , 1911
