Ancient Ruins at Baby Canyon

In a location called baby canyon in the Agua Fria national monument archeologist found a unique burial . They found a tomb type structure with the remains of a small child . Buried with that child was a macaw bird from South America. Macaw birds where treasured in the ancient southwest and had to be transported by foot thousands of miles . It is thought the bird was put there to help the child navigate the spirit world .
