Big Chicken: What's on the Menu at Shaq's New Restaurant

Big Chicken, the franchise concept of a team of partners that includes LSU legend and Hall of Fame basketball star Shaquille O'Neal, is now open at The Queen Baton Rouge Casino. Offering crispy fried chicken sandwiches and tenders, delicious sides inspired by Shaq's own Mom, and hand-crafted adult ice cream shakes, Big Chicken combines some of O'Neal's home-cooked childhood favorites with modern dining trends.

  • Big & Sloppy - A big chicken sandwich dressed with mac & cheese, crispy fried onions, and roasted garlic BBQ aioli
  • Uncle Jerome's Nashville Hot - Nashville hot chicken sandwich, with lettuce, pickles, and mayo
  • M.D.E. - Big chicken sandwich with pickles and Shaq sauce
  • Big Aristotle - Big chicken sandwich dressed with Muenster cheese, crispy fried onions, and sweet & smokey Memphis BBQ sauce (available with bacon)
  • Crispy Chicken Grilled Cheese - Chicken fingers, 3 cheeses, and chipotle BBQ sauce on rustic Italian bread
  • Shaq Attack - Big chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, jalapeno slaw, and spicy chipotle BBQ sauce
  • Chicago - Big chicken sandwich dressed with Buffalo hot sauce, blue cheese, mayo, and slaw
  • Popcorn Chicken - Shaq's favorite (available in 2 sizes)
  • Chicken Tenders - 3 or 5 tenders per order
  • Sliders - Crispy chicken with white American cheese and ketchup (2 or 3 slider options available)
  • Caesar Salad - Crispy chicken atop Romaine lettuce with parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing
  • Cobb Salad - Crispy chicken on Romain with bacon, tomatoes, hardboiled egg, smashed avocado, and bleu cheese, tossed in ranch dressing
