Rouj Creole is open Monday through Thursday, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm; Friday, 11:00 am to 10:00 pm; Saturday, 10:30 am to 10:00 pm; and Sunday, 10:30 am to 9:00 pm. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday, from 10:30 am to 3 pm. Happy hour happens 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday.
