The Valentine's Day Dinner & Concert at Crowne Plaza on Friday, February 10, features live music by George Bell & Friends and a three-course meal. The Dinner & Dance package costs $231 for two. The Romance Package includes a hotel room for one night, plus dinner and breakfast for $296.83 for two.

Beausoleil Coastal Cuisine will serve a five-course meal Valentine's Day meal from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on February 14.

Course One

  • Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Soup - juniper apple relish, nutmeg creme fraiche, caviar
  • Lobster Bisque - smoked creme fraiche, apple and pear relish

Course Two

  • Kale and Caesar Salad - kale, romaine lettuce, house-made Caesar salad, sun-dried tomato, herb gremolata, parmesan cracker
  • Apple and Endive Salad - endive, apple, pickled pomegranate seeds, honey goat cheese, candied prosciutto and kumquat, croutons, eggnog vinaigrette
  • Roasted Beet - roasted seasonal beets, bleu cheese croquette, candied apple, pistachio cracker, candied apple, avocado paint, truffled egg yolk, honey drizzle

Course Three

  • Prime Rib Meatballs - tomato gravy, buffalo mozzarella, arugula pasta
  • Seafood Arancini - panko fried Louisiana seafood and asparagus risotto with charred green onion remoulade
  • Beausoleil Oyster Rockefeller - creamed spinach, crispy bacon, aged parmesan, herbed bread crumbs
  • Shrimp Shumai Dumplings - togarashi gochugang aioli, green onion chive oil, black garlic umami sauce

Course Four

  • Brown Sugar Five Spiced Duck Breast - boudin puree, winter bean cassoulet, truffle veloute, apricot and peach chutney
  • 24-oz. Blackened Bone-in Ribeye - oyster Rockefeller au gratin, broccolini, horseradish caramel, house-made Worcestershire
  • Pan Roasted Redfish - haricot verte gyutan, collard green jambalaya, smoked onion sous vide, jalapeno cornbread gremolata
  • Seared Black Truffle Scallops - fermented endive, beet marsala, pickled tofu, squid ink paint


  • Panna Cotta - cream cheese panna cotta, chocolate ganache, graham cracker crumbles, white chocolate hearts, edible flowers
  • Cupid's Toy Box - chocolate dome, caramel, chocolate caramel brownie, chocolate caramel mousse, hazelnut pieces

Cost is $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
