Concord Mills to limit unsupervised minors during Weekends.

Concord Mills is working to alleviate crime among teenagers at the mall. The Concord Mill has come up with a policy for a youth supervision program. According to the program, anyone under the age of 18 must be with an adult. The adult should be 21 or above, on Friday and Saturday evenings.

The officials say that they need to work on the program and slow down the increasing crime rate in the area. The new policy will begin on Friday, July 30, 2021. The situation at the Concord Mills changed, and it was safe to go back in time.

It has changed pretty quickly and dramatically. There have been several shootings here in several years. Recently, a man got arrested outside the mall area for a shooting on June 13, 2021. There were several cases of shootings, and a few had teens. The new policy program intends to decrease the crime rate in the mall area.
