Last year was intense, and there were so many businesses and ventures that shut down due to the covid-19. There are so many changes that the covid-19 brought, and it is impossible to keep track of all of them. Earl's groceries is yet another business that is shutting down due to the covid-impact.
The grocery stores and vendors are trying hard to cope with the covid impact by fundraising and crowdfunding to keep their business on track. Bonnie Warford and Tricia Maddrey will permanently close Earl’s Grocery in the Elizabeth neighborhood on July 24.
The sisters say that there was profit from the store, but it was not enough, so we have shut the doors. There are so many other stores and businesses that have to shut down due to financial reasons.
