What does King’s Fish House restaurant’s menu offer and what is worth trying?
The King’s Fish House has lunch and dinner menus, they also have a kids’ menu. The free bread and butter taste amazing.
From their appetizers, I would suggest their Crab cake. It has generous portions of crab and comes with a slightly spicy sauce. Another great pick from their appetizers would be the Blackened Shrimp Taquitos, the shrimps are a good size and have a good crunch to it - very delicious. Their Clam Chowder is nice as well and comes with premium oyster crackers.
For lunch, the Petrale Sole Parmesan Crusted is a phenomenal entree, the fish is perfectly fried and juicy on the inside. The lemon butter dressing with capers on it is breathtaking. In their Grilled Octopus Caponata, the grilling is done right and the flavor was incredible. The size is quite decent and the octopus is juicy.
King’s Fish House serves one of the best Chilean sea basses out there. It is soft, flaky, and well-marinated. The flavors infuse deep within the fish and come with a bed of mushrooms, ginger, and a kind of oil. The Oyster Sampler comes in different types and is very refreshing.
Lastly, for dessert, you have to try the butter cake. It is one of the most, perhaps if not the most, famous items on their menu. This magnificent butter cake lives up to the hype and any review will be incomplete without praises of this infamous cake.
How are the drinks? What should you get?
King’s Fish House will offer you an extensive selection of drinks. Beauregarde is a fun and full-bodied cocktail, it also contains muddled blueberries. The Agave Sting, which is a must-try, is light in flavor and crafted to satisfy your palate thoroughly. Southern Sour and Two If By Sea are also some great options. They also have a decent beer selection. The bartenders put real effort into making the drinks. Their drinks are always on point and I don’t think you can go wrong with their drinks!

The service is quite fast unless you come on a busy day or a busy time. The wait time is very less to almost none. The staff is on point. They are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
