A little time in the Big Easy! So much to eat, drink, listen to and experience in New Orleans that it’s almost too much to take! As part of our cross-country journey, we recently made our way through the backroads of Louisiana toward New Orleans and found ourselves tuned in to the Cajun life, passing crawfish ponds and small rural churches with Musique cadinene or Cajun music on the radio.
