EAGAN, MINNESOTA - On Thursday, November 30, 2023, Officers with the Eagan Police Department were called for a theft report at the Target in Eagan, Minnesota, around 6:11 PM.
According to a criminal complaint released by the Dakota County Attorney's Office, it was reported that a white male had stolen around $1,200 worth of merchandise from the store. He was last seen leaving the area in a white SUV.
When Officers located a white SUV that matched the description of the vehicle seen leaving the store and conducted a traffic stop, which was driven by a female with the male suspect in the passenger seat, he was identified as Rubin Ornelas.
