one of the largest theaters in the Denver Center for Performing Arts

Most any traveling broadway show coming from NY comes to the Buell. The staff and ushers are exceptionally friendly and are there to help however they can. The ticket prices are usually pretty affordable and it's always clean. It's a nice theatre with ground level, balcony, and box seating.

Each floor of the theatre has a bar with alcohol and soft drinks. They serve cocoa cola at this theatre. There are small balconies outside that over look the performing arts center walkway below. Overall, it is a nice theatre, but it isn't as beautiful as others I've been to, and that sort of takes away from the experience for me just personally.

Tips: The bathrooms upstairs or downstairs are usually empty, and the ones on the main level are always packed.

The theatre has a pit for a live orchestra. Besides, they recently installed metal detectors and staff to search your bags, but sadly that is becoming the norm. Better safe than sorry, but be sure to bring a bag smaller than 12" x 12".
