If you are a Charlottean and want to attend a world-class art event, I reckon you should attend the Immersive Van Gogh event, showcasing an array of some of the best virtual reality exhibits of Vincent van Gogh’s artwork.
The event will let you have an art experience like never before. Get yourself lost in 300000 cubic feet of impeccable projections animating Vincent van Gogh’s oeuvre. From sunny landscapes and night scenes to portraits and still life paintings, his work will make you get immerse into it.
Some of the installations include Mangeurs de Pommes de Terre (The Potato Eaters, 1885), La Chambre à coucher (The Bedroom, 1889), and Les Tournesols (Sunflowers, 1888).
Witnessing his artwork in virtual reality will make you experience the organic landscapes of Vang Gogh’s fantasies and journey.
Along with Van Gogh, the exhibit is designed by Massimiliano Siccardi, while Luca Longobardi produces the soundtrack. Both of them pioneered immersive digital art experiences in France.
