Marsh House focuses on serving Southern food with nothing but the best ingredients they could find while maintaining it to be sustainable. Keith Richard and Amy, the owners, believe that sharing and connecting with the community are the best ways to experience and celebrate life. “Eudaimonia” the Greek word which means “human flourishing” is the foundation of Taziki’s. Keith Richard and Amy want Taziki to be a place for people in the community to gather around good food and experience a deeper connection through food. The name Sunda comes from Sundaland, the landmass which is now recognized as Southeast Asia and its surrounding islands to the rest of Asia. The owner of Sunda restaurant went on a journey through many Asian countries, such as China, Thailand, the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia, therefore the Sunda restaurant was born. The menu Sunda restaurant offers mostly consists of the fusion of flavors from the regions which is upgraded by the high-quality ingredients and the chef’s skill.
