CNM: Core Coaching Skills for Non-Profit Professionals on July 20

NASHVILLE, TN — Join in with the community at CNM's Core Coaching Skills for Non-Profit Professionals to learn more about coaching basics and management for your companies and organization. CNM’s Core Coaching Skills for Non-Profit Professionals will introduce you to the fundamentals of workplace coaching and empower you to try out your newfound skills with a seasoned executive coach. The class will be held online on July 20, from 9:00 a.m through 3:00 p.m., with Nicole Provonchee as the instructor to guide into the insights of coaching techniques and shared experiences and cases related to it.

CNM's Core Coaching Skills will help the students in achieving several objectives, which discover the difference between mentoring, managing and coaching and when it is best to use each, identify and define your own unique coaching style. Students will also learn and practice the GROW model of coaching, a simple and very effective coaching model that is easy to use in the workplace with your direct reports and colleagues.

Interested parties can reserve a place at the website, with class admission starting from $100 for members and $200 for non-members.
