Dare to dine at the spookiest restaurant in Southern California?
Ever thought about eating at a place where you might get a little scare with your meal? If that sounds exciting, there's a restaurant in LA that's just right for you. If you're brave enough to learn more, keep reading!
Right in Hollywood, there's a restaurant that feels like Halloween, no matter what season it is. Welcome to Beetle House, a unique spot in Los Angeles - and it's in a new venue.
Beetle House, Los Angeles, CA
At Beetle House, you'll feel like you're in the classic '80s movie Beetlejuice.
With dim lights, cobwebs on the walls, and fake tombstones, it's a spooky experience. But don't worry, it's not all about the creepy decor. They also serve some pretty good food.
Their menu includes an "Edward Scissor hands" burger that comes with scissors and a steak served with a pretend bloody knife. The menu says:
"A half pound beef patty perfectly grilled and served on a brioche bun, toasted with honey garlic butter. Topped with melted pepper Jack cheese, smoked bacon, a sunny egg, avocado, roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomato, drizzled with sriracha aioli and finished with a pair of beetle house scissors which you keep!"
They even have drinks that look like they actually could be haunted!
One customer shared her experience:
"We all LOVED it! From Beetle Juice's kindness to my daughter to the man at the door directing us in, it was an amazing experience and we will all be back soon!"
Another reviewer on Yelp praised the restaurant's theme and atmosphere, saying:
"I love horror and Tim Burton, so I was worried this place might be too cheesy. But it's not. It's dark and cool, and the food and drinks are good. Plus, the servers' costumes are really fun."
