This international Women's Day, Cincinnati Zoo is celebrated in a big way! They are celebrating all the women of conservation that help out with the Zoo, they posted a blog post of all of their women that take care of the animals that my kids love to see.

You can check that post out here - Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

They show pictures of these amazing women and small bios of what some of them mean to the zoo. It's cool and you should check it out.

Why do more companies not celebrate this day more?

Who knows? maybe they do and just don't post it as the Cincinnati Zoo did. But why wouldn't you post it? Is it cause the men don't have a day?

I don't think that's it, I just don't think the day is thought about by enough people, we need more support by the nation to have more of a celebration.

Do you feel that it's unfair to men of the nation?

I don't think it's unfair at all, women are just as important as men are, and without them, the nation is nothing!

My take on all of this and closing thoughts

If the president of all companies or the president of the country would step up to make this more important, then I think it would become more important. But, it all comes back to leadership in our companies and of our nation, those leaders can make a bigger difference in the lives of all women.

I just would like to say thank you to Cincinnati Zoo for taking the time to thank the women of conservation and the world.

Thank you to all women for what you do daily, I would not be the man I am today without the women in my life.

How are you celebrating National Women's Day?

How is your company celebrating such a wonderful day?

Celebrate National Women's Day in Cincinnati and all over the world.
