“I know the power of food – it brings people together, it creates joy and it nourishes not only our bodies, but our souls. Eat Plants, B*tch is my love letter to food,” said Cole. “I am so excited to share a fraction of the magic that is the Slutty Vegan concept. This cookbook is dedicated to all of the flexitarians, adventurous eaters and open-minded people who are on the hunt for something different.”
Published by 13A of Gallery Books Group, Eat Plants, B*tch is now available for pre-order and will be available for purchase at bookstores across the country beginning November 15. See here for a full list of retailers.
Just fresh off of her recent expansion announcement for Slutty Vegan Harlem, Cole will not only go full steam ahead with her book tour, but will also continue entrepreneurial and philanthropic efforts through The Pinky Cole Foundation where she focuses "on empowering generations of color to win in life, financially, and in the pursuit of their entrepreneurial dreams." To date, Cole's Slutty Vegan empire is a $100 million dollar business, with even more growth slated strategically for the future.
