CAVA, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Sunright Tea Studio coming to Traffic Circle Center
Three new eat and drink chains will be moving into the Circle Center West shopping center on East Long Beach.
CAVA and Nothing Bundt Cakes will join the previously announced Dave’s Hot Chicken at the former now remodeled Polly’s Pies location in the busy Traffic Circle neighborhood retail center.
Sunright Tea Studio will be moving into the former Frostbites in the same center.
Sunright Tea Studio first opened in Diamond Bar, California in 2019. Since then, the popular everything tea store has expanded to 24 California locations and one location each in Seattle and Texas. Currently the two closest Sunright Tea locations to Long Beach are in Artesia and Gardena.
Customers customize their orders by kiosk tablets selecting from a wide range of drinks: Sunright Boba; Milk Tea; Cheese Foam; Frosties; Coffee; The Right Milk; Sunny Fruit Tea; Original Tea; and Brûlée Lattes with Oat Milk. The teas and other ingredients are imported from Taiwan. The teas include Ceylon black tea, jasmine green tea, roasted oolong, and Four Seasons a special oolong variety. Organic and non-dairy milk are available.
Boba selections include: Oreo Brûlée Boba Milk; Brown Sugar Boba Milk; Crème Brûlée Boba Milk; Pudding Boba Milk; Red Bean Boba Milk; Grass Jelly Boba Milk; and Taro Boba Milk.
The Addison, Texas based Nothing Bundt Cakes is a bakery that specializes in everything Bundt cake. This includes Bundt cupcakes, Bundt birthday cakes and even Bundt wedding cakes. With over 500 locations nationwide and in Canada, the closest Long Beach locations are in Torrance and Huntington Beach.
CAVA is the country’s largest fast-casual Mediterranean food restaurant with over 250 corporate owned locations. The Washington D.C. based company also sells branded food line items in grocery stores.
The CAVA menu is focused on salad bowls and pitas which can be customized. CAVA also offers a kids meal.
Currently the closest CAVA locations to Long Beach are Costa Mesa and El Segundo.
The CAVA space was originally slated for an Amazon Go when the remodel of the former Polly’s Pies space began. This Spring, Amazon Go closed all of four of their San Francisco stores, three in Seattle and one in New York City. Amazon has delayed new openings of all announced new Amazon Go stores.
