5 Makeup Products To Elevate your Mask Look

Lauren Wax

I can count the number of times I've worn makeup since March on my two hands. There have been a few times when I have put it on for an important zoom meeting, and then others when I'll put it on if I'll be out all day wearing a mask, but seeing people I haven't seen in a while.

Masks aren't and shouldn't go away until everyone has herd immunity, whenever that may be. Here's 5 products I've been wearing and loving when I feel like putting a little makeup on.

Jamie Makeup Blighlighter

Celebrity makeup artist Jamie Greenberg created the blighlighter last year. The one-of-a-kind blush / highlighter hybrid that will give you the perfect subtle glow. It's also clean, vegan, Leaping Bunny certified cruelty free, and made in the USA. I put it on my cheek bones and apply it with a my finger or a Beautyblender.

Hourglass Arch Brow Pencil

My brows have gotten crazy during covid. I try to trim/tweeze them regularly, but when they need some shaping, this is my holy grail. I love that it's dual-ended with a brush on one side and a slanted brow gel pencil on the other.

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Mascara

I am a fan of all of Charlotte's mascaras, but I am really loving this new Pillow Talk one. The wand is super thin, and the formula is not chunky. It also is long-lasting. Great addition to her entire Pillow Talk collection.

Beautyblender Bounce Airbrush Liquid Whip Concealer

The first thing I noticed when someone is wearing a mask are their eyes! This weightless full-coverage concealer knocks out dark circles, cover blemishes and evens out discoloration. It contains hyaluronic acid and illuminating pigments that hydrates and brightens skin over time. The 3-in-1 long-wear formula can be used to conceal, contour and highlight. Obsessed!

Lilah B. Palette Perfection Eye Quad

It's very rare that I will put on eye shadow, if I am not going to an event, but this palette has shades that are super natural and neutral. The packaging is stunning and all of the shades look beautiful together. It will definitely elevate your mask game!
