8/8/2023- On Monday, the atmosphere around Obion County Central High School was electric with anticipation. The air was charged with excitement as the annual Meet the Rebels event unfolded, setting the stage for a thrilling season of high school football and community camaraderie.

The event kicked off with the vibrant and youthful energy of two of Obion County School District's feeder schools taking center stage. Lake Road Elementary and Hillcrest Elementary began the night with a range of spirited competitions that showcased not just their skills, but the passion of these young athletes.
