ATLANTA, GA — Atlanta Botanical Garden is holding a series of events called Storybook Time. This is a recurring event that began in March and will end on October 27, 2021. The event is held on Wednesdays at 10 and 10:45 a.m., including next Wednesday, July 7, 2021.
This program aims at children aged 1 to 4 years old, to provide them a joyful experience by reading different nature-inspired stories. Taking place at the Great Lawn in Atlanta Botanical Garden, 1345 Piedmont Ave NE, Atlanta, all participating children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Since it is an outdoor event under the shade of elm trees, participants are required to bring a picnic blanket or ground cover. The event will also be canceled in case of rain, cold temperature or inclement weather. Participants can inquire about the weather via email at email@example.com.
Due to the pandemic, this year's Storybook Time will only have limited slots and apply a social distancing protocol with twelve-foot distance between groups of participants. Prospective participants can see the Garden's safety protocols at https://atlantabg.org/plan-your-visit/.
There will be no registration needed and this program will be included in the Garden admission.
